What we collect

When you use our contact form or chat assistant, we collect the details you choose to give us, such as your name, phone number, email, the service you’re interested in, your preferred visit type and your message. We use this only to respond to you and schedule your consultation.

Please don’t send medical records here

Our website forms and chat are not designed for protected health information. Please don’t include diagnoses, medications, test results or other private medical details. We’ll collect health information securely as part of your consultation.

Chat assistant

The chat assistant gives general information only, not medical advice. If AI answers are enabled, your chat messages are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate replies and are not used to identify you. Contact details you choose to leave in the chat are sent to us the same way as the contact form.

Service providers

Our website is hosted by Netlify, which also receives form submissions. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. We don’t sell your information.

Cookies

We don’t use advertising cookies. Basic, privacy-friendly analytics may be used to understand which pages are helpful.
