How it works
A medical-grade device makes thousands of tiny, controlled channels in the skin. The skin treats this as a minor injury and responds by producing new collagen and elastin. Depth is adjusted for each area and concern.
Adding PRP
Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) comes from a small sample of your own blood. It is spun down to concentrate the platelets and growth factors, then applied during microneedling to support healing and collagen production.
Exosomes: promising, not proven
Exosomes are popular, but a 2026 scoping review of 17 human studies found the evidence still limited, with small, mostly uncontrolled studies. Rare reactions were reported after injection, and no exosome product is FDA-approved. You’ll always get an honest view of the evidence before any add-on.
Who it suits
- Uneven texture, enlarged pores and dullness
- Fine lines and early crepiness
- Acne scars
- Anyone wanting to improve skin quality alongside fillers
Not for active acne flares, skin infections, or recent isotretinoin use without clearance.

Your skin type, concerns and history, and a plan for the series.
Numbing, then microneedling, with PRP if chosen. About 60 minutes.
Redness like a mild sunburn for 1–3 days. Gentle skincare and strict sun protection.
3–4 sessions about 4–6 weeks apart, then maintenance.
A 2026 scoping review found 76% of exosome studies reported improvements, but most were small and uncontrolled. The authors call the evidence limited.
